5 Years ago, I created this quilt: I had just gotten into free-motion quilting but as many of you know I had already been an artist for several years. It was created for a competition at the Houston International Quilt Festival called “Create Your Style With Swarovski Elements” (yep, THE Swarovski company was the sponsor along with SAQA and Pfaff Sewing Machine Company) The theme was music so I chose to incorporate some of my favorite instruments into the composition.
