This was another fun design in my Sentimental Snuggles series, this time for a friend who I go to church with. Her parents were celebrating their 40 year wedding anniversary and serving a mission as a senior couple. They loved the quilt and have cherished it ever since!
I started by design this on my iPad, and adding all the family members names. Check out this fun time-lapse video that shows you a glimpse of the process:
I decided to quilt it with my Karlee Kurls, it is always such a crowd pleaser.
And I used a cute grey color for the backing fabric.
They just loved it so much. I was so honored to be able to make them an heirloom to keep for many many years to come.
